In the heart of the town centre, free parking opposite (carpark - free 6pm–10am or 4pm-8am and on Sundays). Great transport toNottingham (tram, bus, train). 80m from St Mary’s Church/John Godber. Various bars, Byron's Rest, Wetherspoons, Cow Shed, Havana, Hideout, Beer Shack. On Weekends/bank holidays the pubs can sometimes be busy and loud - and the property is right in the centre. The space This is an annex, en-suite with shower sink and toilet. All self contained and private. Gas central heating from the main house and a WiFi controlled heating that maintains the room at a fixed cozy 21c . Guest access You can use all of the space within Byron’s Den and the garden area. Enjoy sitting out in the garden during the warmer months. We ask people with pets to check/clean any dog poo off the lawn. Other things to note .. if you have a dog. We do not have any dogs or pets ourselves at the property, even though we are gated. - small dogs maybe able to get through gate gaps. Photos of the outside garden area are free to use as guests for your pet. (Please do clean up any poop) Gas Central heating radiator as part of the main house, but also an infrared heating over bed which is a smart life /WiFi controlled unit and maintains a 21c heat level in the winter months. That will activate when you’re in the room if the heat needs topping up. Electric shower. Instant boiling water for coffee/tea making (We do ask guests to turn the lights /tv and hot water kettle/tap when leaving after their stay) Tablet in the room controls the power to the heater, fridge , hot water , kettle tap and lighting. WiFi access details are on a guide card inside the property. FREE local on street parking . Market place opposite property free from 6pm until 8am - plus a free 2 hour ticket which can be used from 6pm - meaning free until 10am. Market place parking is FREE on Sundays all day. The driveway is narrow and could easily damage your car. (Fiat 500s and Peugeot 108 are easy enough - but at your own risk) Motorbike parking in front of the property is ideal - as the bikes would only be a couple of meters away.l from you. Peddle bikes can be placed inside the property or secured on the rear garden area. (I would always recommend taking pedal bikes inside the property when left)
