The property was only completed the previous year so is modern and comfortable and perfect for those visiting the city. Our usual guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the North East and those visiting the university. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with walk in shower and a separate open plan kitchen and living area. All rooms have comfortable double beds and all basics will be provided such as towels, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. Other things to note No Social events or parties allowed.
