The space The property is situated on the top floor of this recently refurbished Victorian property. The property was only completed the previous year so is modern and comfortable and perfect for those visiting the city. Our usual guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the North East and those visiting the university. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with walk in shower and a separate open plan kitchen and living area. All rooms have comfortable double beds and all basics will be provided such as towels, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. Other things to note No Social events or parties allowed. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Please smoke in the rear yard. Bins are provided. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
