The space Welcome to our newly constructed 3-bedroom riverside apartment, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, space, and a true home-away-from-home experience. The apartment features three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom for complete privacy and convenience. Two of the bedrooms open out to private balconies, where you can relax and enjoy soothing views of the river, lush greenery, and fresh air. All bathrooms are equipped with water heaters, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. A clothes iron is also provided. The well-equipped kitchen makes both short and long stays easy and convenient. It includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, induction stove, electric kettle, microwave-safe bowls, kadai, frying pan, plates, glasses, and teacups. The kitchen is ideal for simple meals and reheating food, though it is not equipped for heavy cooking for large groups. The spacious living area is ideal for unwinding after a day out, with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for entertainment or work. A dining table with seating for six makes it perfect for family meals or shared moments. The living room opens to a wide balcony that faces the river.
