Located directly on the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park, we combine sustainable comfort with an authentic nature experience. Our house with elevator offers rooms and apartments with state-of-the-art amenities, right next to the forest and with a view of the countryside. The cozy common areas, such as the fireplace room, and the private outdoor area with an orchard and stream make every stay unforgettable. In the morning, we spoil you with a delicious breakfast (14,50€ per person). The space The room is located on the quiet north side of our house. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the forest, meadows, and the babbling Schwollbach stream—perfect for anyone who wants to relax in natural surroundings. Measuring 23 m², the room offers a successful combination of functionality and comfort. The mini kitchen is equipped with its own refrigerator, hob, and everything you need for self-catering. A dining table with a comfortable seating area blends harmoniously into the room and makes even longer stays pleasant. The north-facing balcony offers fresh air and retreat, with a view of the greenery and space for your first coffee in the morning and enough room to breathe, sit, read, or simply unwind. The bathroom has a floor-level rainforest shower, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. Additional comfort is provided by a 43-inch TV, USB charging ports, and pleasant underfloor heating, which makes the room cozy even on cool days. Guest access Our cosy and functionally equipped communal kitchen can be used for self-catering or to make cooking together a special experience for a group. In summer, meals can be enjoyed on the adjacent Sauerbrunnen terrace in the evening sun. Between the entrance area and the communal kitchen is our fireplace room, which can be used as a seminar and rehearsal room as well as for social gatherings. The former restaurant is now the breakfast room for our guests and, with a piano, children's play area and access to the Sauerbrunnen terrace, offers a variety of places to spend the rest of the day. Our outdoor area captivates with its natural beauty and diverse experiences. You can enjoy peace and quiet or be active on the spacious lawn with fruit trees. The gently babbling Schwollbach stream and the adjacent forest offer ideal opportunities for children to play and explore. Depending on the season, nature lovers and gourmets can enjoy sweet currants, wild strawberries, cherries and crisp apples straight from the tree. One highlight is the evening campfire gatherings. On the sun terrace, you can enjoy the first warm rays of the day and admire the starry sky at night and relax in the barn garden. The spacious open areas invite you to enjoy activities together and relax in the fresh air – perfect for families and groups.
