Large kitchen and separate utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath and large separate power shower. Externally is a private enclosed wrap around garden with furniture for al fresco dining. Bwthyn Defaid is a short distance from the local villages and pubs and nearby is Abersoch for a more lively night out if you choose. Under a hours drive is Snowdonia. You can visit Snowdonia, Caernarfon, Criccieth, Porthmadog and more. The nearest town is Pwllheli about 5 miles away with a choice of shops and supermarkets. There are numerous beautiful beaches local to the property. In the area there is golfing, fishing, waters ports, horse riding and many other attractions. Feel free to ask.
