Apartment 3 with double bed and sofa bed The space 1st floor, 24 sqm, one-room apartment with double bed, dining area, sofa bed and kitchen. Toilet room with shower, sink and toilet. Access to the balcony from the hallway. Baby and toddler equipment such as a crib, high chair, changing mat and child locks are provided. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and kettle. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom for you. Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are, of course, provided free of charge by us. You must bring your own bath/shower towels. Our farm is located in the middle of the village on a quiet side street. Your children can play in the large, enclosed courtyard and on the playground to their liking. Various pedal vehicles and many toys are available. In our lounge you can also play or sit together in bad weather. Our beautiful pergola in the courtyard offers protection from too much sun or rain. By bike you are on an almost level route in 15 minutes to Altmühlsee (2 km). Lake Brombach is also accessible by car in approx. 15 minutes (about 8 km). By bike you can easily cycle along the overpass from Altmühlsee to Brombachsee through a large forest area.
