Entire house bookings This property can be booked one room at a time, or as a whole house for a single group. When you book the entire house, the whole property is reserved exclusively for your group. All bedrooms, all bathrooms and toilets, the full kitchen and the living room are private to you. No spaces are shared with any other guests during your stay. Location: Walking distance to local shops, pubs, takeaways, cafes, gyms, and swimming facilities Close to Warrington town centre, train station, and hospital Ideal for business and leisure stays Perfect for remote workers, offering a quiet and comfortable space to focus Shared Living Room & Kitchen: The property features a shared living area, perfect for relaxation or socialising. The fully equipped shared kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, offering: • Refrigerator • Oven & gas burner stove • Microwave • Toaster & electric kettle • Cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery • Dining area with table and chairs Bedrooms: The home has six private bedrooms, each designed for comfort and productivity. Every room includes: • A private double bed • A dedicated work desk, perfect for remote working • Space for your suitcase under the bed • Wardrobe and storage space for your belongings • Fresh towels provided in each bedroom • 32-inch TV for entertainment Bathrooms: • Two shared bathrooms: • One with a shower • One with a bath • Toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) • Toilet paper included Guest Access • Self check-in is available from 2 PM, Monday-Sunday. Check-in details will be provided before your arrival. • Check-out is by 10 AM (unless otherwise agreed). Parking • We kindly ask that you do not park on the driveway of 21 Thorneycroft Drive, as it is a private residential space that does not belong to our property. • For your convenience, there are 5 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Self check-in is available from 2 PM, Monday-Sunday.
