The single-family home is very spacious and comprises of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is very large and offers not just a queen-size bed but also a comfortable sofa. Around this bedroom, you have an enormous space which serves as kitchen, dining and living room. The area is screened in and airy and you think you´d live in the treetops and can reach out to pick the Mangoes. The 2nd bedroom is small and separate from the main bedroom and sleeps 2, perfect for a kids bedroom. Upstairs you find the stunning watchtower. Have a drink and see the sunset over the Maya Mountains and the Placencia Lagoon. The style of the house is rustic and simple but offers everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, stove, and oven, pots, and pans. Spend also some time on the amazing dock. Great for fishing or just relaxation. The property has some of the oldest and largest Mangroves, Mango trees, orchids and palm trees. A/C? Not needed – the house is so airy and you will love the wind coming from the ocean. TV? No, but who needs it when you are in such a great environment, go outside, read a book or have a chat. Don´t panic, Wifi is available. 4 bikes are available free of charge and there are also 2 kayaks and 1 stand-up paddle board for you to use as well as snorkel sets. Additional, you will have 1 fishing rod, perfect for fishing from the dock or kayak. The house potentially sleeps up to 6, if you are open to using the sleeper sofa in the main bedroom for 2 people.
