The space It is located on a hillside with panoramic views of the lake, 10 meters from the shore and between a bay, which offers the possibility of kayaking, swimming in the lake and feeling the beauty of nature. We offer a two-story house in which you must walk a path with seventy steps until you reach the lake. This property is definitely not suitable for disabled people. Upon entering the house, you find yourself in a spacious living room with high ceilings and wood finishes. Built with large windows that allow the entry of lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the lake and nearby volcanoes. The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first level. The living room is decorated with a very comfortable L-shaped armchair and a 55-inch TV (includes Netflix, Starplus, Disney+ and Paramount). In a corner of the living room, there is a wood-burning fireplace that provides a warm and cozy atmosphere on cool nights. The dining room offers a wooden table for 8 people that invites you to enjoy delicious homemade meals with family and friends. The house has a kitchen large enough and equipped to prepare whatever you want. It has a gas stove with 6 burners and a built-in oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, blender and all the basic accessories of a kitchen. Also, on the first level there is a foosball table for children to play. From the living room, you can access a terrace that extends the facade of the house. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and offers stunning views of the lake. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to relax with a cold drink in the afternoon while admiring the view. The ground floor of the house has two bedrooms and a small living room. The master bedroom is open and has 1 king size bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 imperial beds and the living room. The second room has 1 queen size bed. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep, as well as large windows that guarantee the entry of natural light and beautiful views of the lake. There is 1 full bathroom with ceramic tiles and a shower with bathtub. In the house's garden, you will find a beautiful patio with abundant trees and colorful flowers. This magical place is home to a handmade sauna and Jacuzzi, both heated by wood fire and built with volcanic rock, in harmony with the surrounding landscape. The sauna, with its stone walls, exudes a comforting warmth that envelops visitors in an atmosphere of deep relaxation. The scent of burning wood mixes with the soft steam, creating a feeling of purification and renewal for the body and mind. Next to the sauna, the Jacuzzi carved in the same volcanic stone awaits to be discovered. Surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views of the majestic volcano, immersing yourself in its warm waters is like immersing yourself in an oasis of serenity. In this corner of harmony between the natural and the man-made, visitors can connect with their inner being, release built-up tensions, and revitalize body and soul. It's a place where time seems to stand still, allowing each moment to be fully savored and become an unforgettable memory. 1 sauna and 1 Jacuzzi are offered per night booked. We offer the possibility of turning the systems back on at an additional cost. There is also a barbecue grill to prepare delicious outdoor meals with family and friends. The house is equipped with 1 kayak, 2 Hawaiian canoes, and 1 paddleboard for guest use. At the dock, we have a Bayliner boat for 8 people. We offer visits to the different villages around the lake, walks or water fun. Water fun includes wakeboarding, kneeboarding, donuts and bananas. This service is offered at an additional cost to the house booking price. The property also has a concierge ready to help you with anything you need during your stay.
