Nestled in a quiet forest, this spacious, stylish guest suite offers a high-quality stay for couples, small families and business travelers. Unwind in an extremely comfortable king bed, sunny living room with a 65-inch smart TV, modern bathroom with electric bidet & walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, private gym, in-suite washer/dryer, large patio, backyard and pool. Exceptionally clean and peaceful. Just 15 mins to the airport with quick highway access and spacious free on-site parking. The space Our home has three levels, with the guest apartment occupying the ground level as a completely separate, self-contained unit with its own private entrance. We, the homeowners and hosts, live upstairs, and there are no shared indoor living spaces. As our family home, the property is thoughtfully furnished and personally cared for by ourselves. We enjoy sharing its comfort, character and peaceful surroundings with our guests while respecting their privacy and independence throughout their stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire guest apartment/unit, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, gym/second bedroom, and private laundry facilities, as well as the designated backyard, patio area and guest parking space. The only shared outdoor areas are the front yard/property entrance and the swimming pool, which is shared only with the homeowners/hosts. There are no shared indoor spaces between guests and the homeowners/hosts. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that the second bedroom/gym has one SINGE sofa bed. For a fourth guest, the living room sofa can be used for sleeping. We provide sufficient pillows, blankets, sheets and bedding based on the number of registered guests. The apartment has a fully furnished indoor dining area. Outdoor dining furniture can also be provided upon request. Unless requested in advance, outdoor dining furniture may not be set up during your stay. Registration Details STR2627D6103
