Located on the edge of the forest, this two-story (with separate entrances) house with 2 bathrooms and space for 6 people is the perfect choice for groups of friends looking to relax and for larger families with children. The large common space is ideal for shared meals, conversations and socializing. From the room (also from the bed) and from the terrace – a beautiful panorama of the Danube Bend unfolds in front of you. You can end the day with morning coffee on the panoramic terrace, sunset in the evening, and a barbecue area in the garden for real shared experiences. The space The house has been recently renovated in a modern style and has 2 levels with separate entrances. The upper level is a 23-square-meter (248-square-foot) wooden house with a loft: on the loft, there is a queen-size bed, and below it, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, with 31.5 x 67 inch (800 x 200 mm) mattresses, serving as a full-fledged bed. Bathroom with shower + toilet, kitchenette, table. It also includes a 30-square-meter panoramic terrace with garden furniture and a sun lounger. The lower level is a 50-square-meter stone house that serves as a common area. Pull-out sofa bed with a 140 x 200 cm sleeping area, TV, accommodates 6 people, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower + toilet. There is no direct access between the two levels; they have separate entrances. Therefore, the property is particularly suitable for two generations, friends, or larger families with children, where privacy is important, but there is also a need for shared time, board games, and cooking. Guest access The enclosed courtyard of the house can comfortably accommodate 3 cars; parking is free, and the parking spaces are monitored by cameras. The house has Wi-Fi, Netflix, and air conditioning/heating, which are free to use. Free amenities available in the house and yard: board games, sun loungers, hammocks, a swing, and a garden grill with firewood provided. Other things to note Only one group can stay in the house at a time; you don't have to share it with anyone! The house is located in a rural area, in a resort development, on the side of a hill. The direct road to the house is steep, but it is accessible by car! Since the property is located in a wooded area, despite our best efforts, there may be beetles and ants. You can order breakfast from our partner, who delivers to the house, and you can also get lunch and dinner from local restaurants.
