Thoughtfully set up for relaxation, it features a comfortable sleeping area, natural ventilation, and a calm atmosphere surrounded by sand, sky, and waves. Each tent includes a private balcony with a seating area, perfect for enjoying ocean views. Wake up to the sound of the sea and fall asleep to the gentle waves. The coastline experiences low and high tide, so the ocean can sometimes be closer or farther from the camp. Just a 5-minute walk from the tents is another sandy beach, perfect for swimming at any time. Guest access Shared Bathroom Facilities -Clean and well-maintained shared bathrooms are available for all guests. They include toilets and fresh-water showers, designed for comfort while keeping the authentic camping experience. The bathrooms are within easy walking distance from the tents. Shared Dining Area -The communal dining area is the heart of the camp—a relaxed, open space to enjoy meals, share stories, and connect with fellow travelers. Perfect for breakfast at sunrise or dinner under the stars. As mentioned Breakfast and Dinner buffet is included in the price. Lunch can be booked for an additional fee. Sun Loungers & Shades -Shaded areas with sun loungers are available for all guests to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Other things to note Location & Arrival Information Visits should always be arranged in advance. Since the camp is remote, we want to ensure a tent is available and prepared for your arrival. Self-Drive (full route on your own) If you have experience with off-road driving and feel confident, you may drive directly to the camp. Please be aware: -The route crosses salt banks and sandy areas. -Conditions can be challenging even for experienced 4×4 drivers. -There are no signposts and no mobile network coverage along most parts of the way. -If you get stuck, it may be difficult for us to locate and assist you. -Dont use wet tracks or areas Please note: Google navigation can be inaccurate in remote areas. We strongly recommend using the GAIA GPS App for navigation. Mahir as Guide (Follow Car Option) If you have your own 4×4 and would like to experience the off-road adventure yourself — no problem. Simply follow us with your vehicle and enjoy the drive. Meeting Point: OmanOil Station at the end of Mahout town *Please note that this option comes with an additional fee. Pickup & Drop-Off with Mahir If you don’t have a 4×4 or simply prefer the comfort of being driven, we’re happy to take care of your transfer so you can relax and enjoy the journey. We also offer 4×4 transfer services in our car from our meeting point in Mahout. Meeting Point: OmanOil Station at the end of Mahout town *Please note that this option comes with an additional fee.
