Our vacation apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living room, can accommodate 12 people and 6 king-size beds, is 80 square meters in size, and has its own bathroom. It is professionally disinfected by our own cleaning company and offers you a relaxing break in a quiet side street. The apartment is located near the Berner Chaussee bus stop, and many shopping facilities and supermarkets are within a 3- to 5-minute walk. The apartment is close to the Berner Chaussee bus Station and many shopping facilities and supermarkets are within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Guests could use the Netflix account. Other things to note 🔸Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Please note that there is an additional charge of 10 € for each hour of early check-in and late check-out. 🔸The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector which in case there is a loud sound in the apartment the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. (the sound detector is not able to hear or record anything but the sound volume| we fully respect your privacy) 🔸For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. 🔸We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed. If smoking is detected indoors, a €200 cleaning fee will apply to cover professional air cleaning and deodorizing services. 🔸Consumable items: Please note that the property provides a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that as this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. 🔸Baby bed costs €7 per stay. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide pillow, blanket or duvet for cots.
