GITE LA GRANGE- near Besse Saint Anastaise

Between Puy de Dôme and Cantal, in the wild massif of the Cezallier, the gite La Grange is located in a farmhouse, the Borie Basse,from 1870. The Grange is composed of a large living room of 70 m2, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single beds cabin and a west facing balcony overlooking the Sancy. On site, large lot with stream, pond, hikes (GR 30), fishing, mountain biking. The medieval village of Besse is 15 minutes away. Nearby thermal cities, circuit of lakes, cheeses, castles, horseback riding... The space The cottage has its parking, a private garden facing south west with views of the Sancy, a large balcony of 18 m2 facing west with sunset. The bedroom for two people and the two cabins for children are under the attic, as well as the bathroom. The second closed bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a large entrance. Dishwasher equipment in the kitchen, oven, 2*3 hobs, American fridge, TV in the living room. Lingerie with washer and clothes. Rates include EDF, a kitchen kit (salt/pepper/oil/vinegar, sponge/dish soap/dish towel), linens and towels. A tour tax of 0.65 euros per adult per day will be collected at the time of arrival. Extra charges if cottage left in a bad state. Guest access In winter the roads are very well cleared by snowplows passing several times. Guests have at their disposal the common garden of + 2000 m2 with a tower of the pond, and access to a field in winter for luger. They have a private garden area under the big balcony. Other things to note The gite is located at the exit of the village, with magnificent views of the mountains and the Sancy. A large field allows meger, hikes start from the cottage, snowshoeing possible on site and cross-country skiing possible 15/20 minutes' drive from Besse Saint-Anastaise.
