The village is located a short distance from the city of Lugano, Porlezza and Lake Como (Menaggio). A quiet oasis for the family: here you can relax by taking beautiful walks in nature, enjoying the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Private parking by extra reservation or free street parking. The space The accommodation is located in a building from the 1970s, loved and cared for by the owners as a vacation home. It is located on the ground floor and directly overlooks the beautiful garden, which has a 180° lake view. Upon entering, you will find a large room with a sofa bed overlooking the garden and a dining area. Next to it is a kitchenette equipped with all the amenities: a coffee machine, electric hot plates, a kettle, a large refrigerator, a freezer, and a washing machine. On the opposite side of the room, you will find the bathroom with a new shower and a bright and large double bedroom, which also has a single sofa bed and a desk. The country cottage style of the space and the garden will make your holiday an unforgettable oasis of pure relaxation! Guest access The beautiful terrace in front of the accommodation (see photos) is for the exclusive use of guests, while the garden is for the use of the owners when they are present on the upper floor. There are about 20 comfortable steps to access the accommodation. It is possible to rent a private parking space 50 meters from the accommodation, protected by a barrier. This should be reserved, if possible, at the time of booking, and the extra cost is to be paid directly at the property. Or you can conveniently park on the street 300 meters from the accommodation, depending on availability. However, the street is a dead end and is for residential use. There is never heavy traffic (and that is one of the many benefits of staying at this home!) Other things to note As already indicated in the house rules, pets are allowed and welcome as long as they are always on a leash and under the control of their owners. As for young children, since there are steps, a beautiful fountain, and other ornamental obstacles, parents are advised to pay special attention.
