This house overlooking the sea is ideal for rest!!!It offers a unique experience and view, where you can see Tarrafal, the island of Fogo, and occasionally whales and dolphins. The black sand beach of Ribeira da Prata is only a 10-minute walk away. **For the more experienced, it is possible to access the beach in front of the house via the slope.** The house is a 15-minute drive from Tarrafal and an hour and a half from Praia Airport. The space The house has two floors, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, allowing up to 9 people, 1 open living room and equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 large terrace upstairs. Floor 0: - Triple room: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. - 1 bathroom with bathtub. - Living room with TV and a dining table. - Equipped kitchen. Floor 1: - Deluxe room with sea view: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. - Double Room: 1 double bed and 1 crib. - Single room: 1 single bed. - 2 full bathrooms. - Large balcony with awning and sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. For the more experienced, it is possible to access the beach in front of the house via the slope. Guest access Access to the house can be by car or on foot, along the dirt road next to the cliff.
