My place is close to the city center, sightseeing activities, nightlife, family-friendly activities, the Palace of Science, museums, cafes, bars, restaurants, parks, public transport, the airport.. You’ll love my place because of the huge 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, the comfy bed, comfortable living room, the kitchen with a separate dining room, cleanliness, the coziness, the light, the high ceilings.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and big groups. The space The apartment has 130 square meters and consists of: main part of the apartment that has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning area and balcony. Just outside this main part is a studio with one double size bed with bathroom. This studio is part of the apartment although they are not connected. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 person. The apartment has central heating, air condition, cotton bedclothes and 3 towels per person, fully equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator and freezer, oven and cooking stoves, full set plates and cutlery. There is also a cable tv with Smart TV. There is a dedicated working space with access to wirelles internet with speed up to 100mb/s. The apartment is located in the building on the second floor with an elevator. We cannot provide a parking place but in the neighborhood (50 m away)is public garage, 0,75€/hour. It is situated in the city center, probably the best position in the city. Guest access Full access to apartment 24/7. The guests will get a key for the house. Other things to note Basically the main advance of this new apartment is that you have privacy like in a hotel (your own room with private bathroom) but in the same time you have common spaces which you share only with your friends. Also just for your note when you check in you will have to give us your passport details because according to our law we have to do residence registration for foreigners. You will have to pay 1.35 Eur per person per day for city tax.
