We DO NOT need access to your living space while you are here. The space Centennial Solar Haus: After much thought, we still will not charge a cleaning fee. We expect you to be very clean and not leave a mess. We still to do a very thorough job after you leave. (and before you check-in!) We don't require chores before checkout, never have. This Solar Powered house is a ranch with a walkout basement. You are looking at the entire first floor on the ground level and it is completely separate. There is no access between what you are booking and the walkout basement. You will have the entire ground level of the ranch home to include the bedroom, large living areas, kitchen and an outdoor covered deck. It’s about 1500 square feet in total. For this price, we do charge $35 extra per person, including children. I listed gym only because I do have a weight set, yoga mat and blocks. If the weather is nice you can do a workout/yoga on the deck. Alternately you can go to 24 Hour Fitness/Vasa/Chuz nearby. We have opted to not charge a cleaning fee, please help me out by cleaning up after yourself. If the home looks as it did when you arrived, you can expect a 5 star review. I wash/steam clean all bedding before every guest arrives. If there is anything I can reasonably provide for you please ask and I will try. I have traveled the world and love it when I can eliminate items from my luggage because my host is able to accommodate my request. The Bathrooms Two fully appointed bathrooms, each containing: Toilet, Shower, Vanity with basin, and Extended mirrors on the door. The Master Bath offers a shower. The Main Bath features a tub and shower. Guest access +Parking is directly in front of the house +Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas +Guest can use washer and dryer, detergent provided +Access to Everything – Feel like it’s your home: +Covered deck with table for six -No access to the driveway, garage or side or back yards -Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Any check-in time selected before 4:00 PM constitutes an early check-in request and will incur an additional fee of $299. By booking, you agree to this early check-in fee if you select a check-in time before 4:00 PM. -Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not offered. Guests remaining past 11:00 AM will be charged $299. We need adequate time to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for our next guests. Other things to note Make sure you read the House Rules:-) We are a shoe free house to keep the carpets clean. Being a family home, we also have a very strict no smoking policy. This includes marijuana and vaporizing - inside or outside – on the front porch or back deck – anywhere on the property. Please do not ask for an exception to this, we literally have guest who stay with us ONLY because we are pet and smoke free. Allergies can be very sensitive! I usually have bikes for my guests use, ask in your message to me if it is important to you! If you're anything like me, you'll forget something in your mad dash back to the airport. Don't worry - this has happened before and we always find a way to get your prized possessions back into your hands.
