Located in the heart of Montreal's Gay district on a quiet little street with 3 subway stations nearby, as well as the University, Grande Bibliothèque, Food markets, cafes & bars. The space The studio is located on the 3rd floor (Top floor) of a 90 years old brick building. The space is nicely bright on sunny day. This is a nice downtown 'pied à terre' built with all commodities. The Studio is best for 1 person only. The reason being is that the space is compact and wouldn't be comfortable for 2 persons for a long stay. __________________________________________________ Le studio se trouve au 3ième étage d'un petit building bientôt centenaire. Très ensoleillé les jours de beaux temps le Studio a toutes les commodités essentielles digne d'un p'tit 'pied à terre' moderne. A noter que le Studio est pour une personne seul. Guest access The studio being located on the 3rd (and last) floor : therefore you don't have any noise above your head and nobody passing by in front of your door ;) There is a laundry room on the first floor of the building to accommodate your stay. The Studio is located on the 3rd (and top floor) As a result you do not have a back and forth outside your door. A laundry room is on the ground floor of the building (included in the rental)
