A lovely 1890's Victorian, peaceful, centrally-located home with easy access to the M5, Hospital, Supermarkets & Train station. 15mins drive to Cheltenham, 60mins drive to Bristol Airport, walking distance to Robinswood Hill Country Park & Gloucester Quays. The space Each spacious Double Bedroom boasts comfortable Orthopedic mattresses, linen and a snug fleece blanket if needed, however the central heating works a charm. They are complimented by a lovely bathroom with a bath and shower. The top floor features a large Master Bedroom with a super King-size Bed, a wall-mounted TV for a bedtime movie and is serviced by a walk-in shower in the en-suite. The skylight window offers beautiful views of Robinswood Hill Country park. Bath Towels are provided in each bedroom and a Hairdryer is available. The Study is a peaceful front room should you need a quiet workspace, and also has a Double pull-out sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping space. The Lounge has a selection of books and a few popular games for your entertainment, as well as a TV for your viewing pleasure. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. The Dining Room leads into the fully equipped Self-Catering Kitchen fitted with a modern oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, appliances, cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils. Spices & Condiments are available for your use. There is a Henry vacuum cleaner, Iron & Ironing board at your disposal. The Kitchen door leads out to the patio and into the private, enclosed garden. There is a BBQ/Fire Pit and teak garden furniture set for you to enjoy an alfresco meal. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home. You’ll appreciate the peace, space and convenient location here in the 153sqm home. We have a highchair, baby cot and a toddler mattress available if needed (please bring own bedding for the toddler mattress as we know mum’s like having their own child’s bedding in-case of young sensitive skin irritants with detergents) Although we are animal-lovers, we are mindful that some of our guests’ have allergies, so unfortunately we cannot permit pets in the house/on the property. Guest access The code to the FrontDoor Key LockBox will be sent to the primary guest’s mobile number provided on the day of check-in. Other things to note Free on-street Parking is first-come-first-served on the quiet residential avenue. Generally, you will be able to park close to/outside the front door. Close to Cheltenham, Cotswolds Water Park , Gloucester Quays, Tewkesbury, Ross-on-Wye, and Kingsholm Stadium for sports enthusiasts. Should there be any toddlers or baby guests included in your stay, please let us know so that we can have a travel cot bed and high-chair prepared for your arrival. Please provide your own bedding for babies and toddlers incase of sensitive skin irritants. GUEST LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK By entering the premises located at 8 Tweenbrook Avenue, Gloucester, GL1 5JY, you ("Guest") agree to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk: You or your Guest are visiting a private home which may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or accidents involving property amenities (e.g., stairs, floorboards, tiled areas). You or your Guest assume all risks of injury, damage, or death that may occur while on the premises. 2. Waiver of Liability: You or your Guest release, waive, and discharge Roger Sainsbury (the "Homeowner") from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for injuries, accidents, or death occurring on the premises, except for those arising from the wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Homeowner. 3. Safety Responsibility: You or your Guest agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and to follow any safety instructions or warnings provided by the Homeowner. 4. Property Damage: You or your Guest accept responsibility for any damage You or your Guest cause to the property or the personal belongings of the Homeowner We are trusting you with our home, and trust you will have a lovely stay.
