The cabin contains: Covered entrance area, entrance with ladder/stairs to loft with sea view, 1 bedroom, living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and access to a large, partially covered porch with sea view, and bathroom/toilet. In addition, there is a detached annex with a bedroom. Kitchen: Practical open-plan kitchen leading to the living room. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, radio, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron. The living room: Bright living room with large sliding glass doors that preserve the beautiful view and provide good lighting conditions. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a TV with Chromecast, and a smaller dining area. The dining table can be extended with table leaves. Wood-burning stove with some wood. Here, the cabin is located in the second-to-last row by the water, with a lovely view of the lake where you can see Singløya, the Hvitsand bathing area, and the entrance to Røsneskilen. Nice, child-friendly swimming facilities in the cove upstream, just a 10-minute walk away, with the option of a berth for a dinghy. Large west-facing porch with great afternoon and evening sun. Other things to note The area offers excellent hiking and recreational opportunities in beautiful natural surroundings, as well as wonderful swimming and fishing spots. In addition, there is a short drive to the public swimming beach at Svalerødkilen, which is surrounded by several jetty facilities. Otherwise, there is a seasonally open pub and restaurant, as well as fuel for boats, in Sponvika just around Kjeøya. The cabin area is located approximately 12 km southwest of Halden, about 4 km from the E6, and about 6 km from the Swedish border. By high-speed boat, it is only about 15 minutes to Hvalerøyene, 30 minutes to Strømstad, and 45 minutes to Kosterøyene. A 10-minute drive to Svinesundparken on the Norwegian border, where there are several stores (Rema 1000, pharmacy, Biltema, etc.).
