Stylish apt. Getsemani/Old City/Private Rooftop

This stylish apt. is located in the heart of Getsemani. Amazing views from the rooftop/ terrace with a bronce shower to freshen up from the hot sun. Next to the best sights of the city center; restaurants, bars, squares. Perfect for small groups or families. The space This 3 story apt. offers a unique view and very centered location close to all of the sites. It's stylish and very comfortable. In the first level you have the kitchen and living room area, it has high ceilings and it's very bright. It has 4 air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room kitchen area. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom inside. Outside there is a lounging area with 2 sofas and a hammock. One of the 2 other rooms has a full size bed and the other one has 2 single beds. In total the apt. has 4 beds. There is a bathroom between the rooms and a half bathroom just outside (toilet and sink). The kitchen is fully equipped. In the third level there used to be a jacuzzi (not anymore), we recently renovated the terrace and it has now a much bigger social area on top of a platform that gives a expcional atmosphere and view. It has a bronce shower with two sunbeds. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS (NO OUTSIDE VISITORS ALLOWED) Other things to note The apt. is located on a third floor and there is no elevator. It's really not a problem, my parents and grandparent's go up all the time. But if you have a heart condition its something to have in mind. Recommendations: Walk around the old town, visit churches, museums, interact with locals. Rent a bike and ride around the historic center, or go along the sea side and check out more modern neighborhoods like Boca Grande. There are plenty of bike rentals around the apt. Watch the sunset, in the beach, on top of the walled city, in the apt. terrace. Go during the day or stay a couple of nights in the Islas del Rosario or Barú. Registration Details 120580
