The double aspect lounge/diner is tastefully furnished, with a wood-burner for cosy evenings in and sliding doors opening onto the rear garden. The space Accommodation: Entrance door into hallway with coat hooks and doors leading to all rooms. Lounge/Diner with two sofas, Smart TV and wood burning stove. Dining table with seating for four. Patio doors to rear garden. Kitchen/Garden Room with built-in electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Garden room with lantern roof and comfortable seating. French doors to rear garden. Bedroom 1 with king size (5ft) bed, built in wardrobe. En suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with zip and link beds which can be made up as a king (5ft) or two single beds (2ft 6in). Please advise preferred configuration at time of booking.    Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, basin, and WC. Outside: The peaceful and private rear garden has a paved terrace which can be accessed from both the lounge and kitchen garden room, with an outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco meals and drinks, and a flat lawn bordered by pretty shrubs. Parking: For up to 3 cars on private driveway. Other things to note Included: Bed linen and towels (bring own beach towels), central heating (LPG gas), electricity, WiFi, welcome basket of logs in the appropriate season. Children: All ages welcome although no baby equipment provided. Pets: One well behaved dog welcome. Must be over the age of one year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking). Dogs must be fully housetrained, well behaved and kept downstairs and off the furniture. Please note a £30 pet charge per dog per week applies.   Bike Storage: Uncovered in rear garden. No Smoking. Shops:  East Boldre Community Stores and Post Office - 10 minute walk, Waitrose & Tesco Metro, Lymington – 10 minute drive. Pubs: The Turfcutters Arms – 5 minute walk.
