This flat is set within the clubhouse overlooking the first tee of a golf course. It has 2 double bedrooms, a comfortable lounge/dining area and a fully functioning kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Access to the clubhouse bar and restaurant is within a very short walk. **Please note that as the flat is attached to the clubhouse, there is some noise from the kitchen extractor fans in the bedrooms during business hours. Other things to note Noise & Events Bishopswood hosts a variety of events throughout the week: • Monday to Friday are typically our corporate days, and the venue may be busy with conferences, so some noise should be expected. • Weekends are our leisure days, where we host celebrations and parties, which may also result in increased noise levels.
