Respect the Apartment • Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. • Avoid moving furniture or handling décor roughly. • 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near the pool. You may use the private balcony for smoking. Safety & Security • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. • Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use. Damages • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property during their stay, which will be charged accordingly. • Lost keys will incur a fine of ₹600. • Any other damage or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
