Idyllic villa with waterfront plot in the Stockholm archipelago

Just 30 minutes from central Stockholm, you can reach this idyllic archipelago paradise. Our accommodation comprises two beautiful houses, ideal for two groups. The plot is approximately 2,000 square metres and has its own jetty. In the local area, you can go on day trips to Vaxholm, hike on the island, hire a kayak, play padel/tennis, or visit the lake. The space The property comprises a larger house with a living room, kitchen, family room, two bedrooms, and a TV room/additional bedroom with a sofa bed. The large house has two toilets. The smaller house comprises a kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, and a shower and composting toilet. Guests bring their own sheets and towels. We can provide sheets and towels for a fee of SEK 350/set (sheets including towel). Guest access We care about your stay and will try to meet you when we can. Otherwise, there is a key safe and clear information provided on arrival. Other things to note The easiest way to reach the house is by car ferry from Norra Lagnö. The ferry departs at xx.07 and xx.27 from Norra Lagnö; during peak times, it also departs at xx.47. You can also reach the house with your own boat to our jetty or with Vaxholmsbåt. The nearest public jetty is Norehill, which is about a 10-minute walk from the house. Some guests order food to our jetty via MatHem. There is a small unmanned grocery store on the island. When you book, we can register you with the shop so you can access it.
