The ideally located, well-kept, fully furnished 3-room apartment for up to 6 people (90 m²) is located on the upper floor of a single-family house with a beautiful, well-kept garden in a quiet, natural environment in Meinersen. The garden with its garden furniture and a barbecue area offers the perfect place to relax. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked under a carport. Facilities: separate kitchen with kitchenette, electric stove with oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, radio. Separate living room with two extra beds, desk, satellite TV. Two bedrooms, one with two separate beds, one with a double bed. The double bed is not separable. Exterior: The garden is available for guests with its garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available right in the courtyard. A parking space for bicycles is also available. Animals are on the farm all year round. Suitable for: Solo travelers, business travelers, fitters, weekend drivers, groups and trade fair visitors. Other: Pets are not allowed. The apartment is on the upper floor of a well-kept single-family home. No smoking inside the apartment. Wifi included. Safe can be used free of charge if required. Separate entrance. Attention: Unfortunately, stays with children are not possible because there is an unfenced pond on the property. Please bring slippers. Outdoor shoes must be left in the lower hallway. Security deposit 200 euros House rules: 1. The use of the apartment is exclusively for the persons agreed in advance. Changes must be communicated to the host immediately. 2. The guest must keep the apartment clean during their stay. 3. Upon departure, the apartment must be handed over clean by the guest to the host. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of at least 40.00 euros. Post-cleaning of the stove, oven and microwave will be charged at least 20.00 euros each. 4. The guest is liable for self-inflicted damage. Damage must be reported to the host immediately. 5. The entrance door must always be kept closed and must be locked with a key when leaving the apartment. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary. The skylights must be kept closed when it rains. 6. The resources of water and electricity must be used sparingly. 7. Please never hand over the keys. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. 8. Guests are kindly requested to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. 9. Guests are responsible for their behavior in and outside the apartment. In the event of an accident, they themselves bear the consequences. 10. The host is not liable for the valuables of the guests. 11. No hygiene products, waste, fats, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown/poured into the shower, sink and toilet. 12. No smoking inside the apartment. 13. The apartment is equipped with the items described in Annex 1. Missing items will be charged to the guest. 14. In exceptional cases, the host has the right to enter the apartment even in the absence of the guest in order to prevent possible damage. 15. For waste disposal, please only use the garbage cans located outside. Please note the correct waste separation (blue - paper, brown - organic, gray - residual waste, yellow/red - yellow bag (cans, plastic, etc.), bag - glass). Please use the trash cans in the apartment only with trash bags. 16. Drying laundry in the apartment is not permitted. I hope you enjoy your stay.
