Currently there are upstairs and downstairs sleeping options: 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds and a full size floor mattress in four bedrooms upstairs, as well as a day bed trundle for two twin mattresses on first floor side room, for a total of 8 beds, and 2 additional queen air mattresses. One queen bed is a memory foam mattress. Outdoor fenced in yard area. All windows have curtains or blinds. Washer and Dryer in the basement. Guest access Currently everything except the garage, basement, and attic since these are used for storage. Other things to note Daytime traffic during the week is pretty bustling. It is more quiet in the evenings. Close to Downtown Mansfield, Mansfield Art Center, OhioHealth Mansfield hospital, Woodland neighborhood, the B&O Bike Trail, Historic Boulevard area, and South Park with activities, playground, and trails. Grocery stores and restaurants within 1-2 miles; convenience store and eating options within walking distance. Not far from the Mansfield Reformatory (3.5 miles), Mid-Ohio Race Track (9 miles), Snow Trails (7 miles), and other local destinations. Within 15-30 minutes to Malabar Farm State Park, Pleasant Valley Lake, and Mohican State Park. A 10-minute drive to Ontario and Lexington.
