Brand new Scandinavian design studio in Solna, 5 minutes from the metro and 8 minutes to Stockholm City. The 26 m² space features a custom-built loft with a spacious king-size bed (220x200 cm), creating a cozy sleeping area while maximizing the living space below. A sofa converts into a bed for up to four guests. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, high-speed WiFi, and Samsung Smart TV – ideal for couples, business travelers, or a relaxed city stay. The space Accommodation This thoughtfully designed 26 m² studio combines smart compact living with comfort and quality, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Sleeping & Living Area A custom-built loft structure features a spacious king-size bed (220 × 200 cm), creating a cozy and separate sleeping area while maximizing the living space below. The solid construction offers both stability and comfort. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa that easily converts into an additional bed if needed. The open layout creates a calm and functional atmosphere. Dining & Kitchen A round dining table comfortably seats four guests, making it ideal for meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and all essentials for everyday cooking. Bathroom & Balcony The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. During summer, guests can also enjoy the 5 m² private balcony with outdoor table and bench — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guest access You will have full and private access to the entire apartment, including kitchen, bathroom and balcony (seasonal). No shared spaces. Other things to note House Guidelines We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and our neighbors to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. • The apartment is reserved for registered guests only. Parties or unapproved visitors are not permitted. • Please follow the agreed check-in and check-out times. If you need flexibility, feel free to ask and we will assist whenever possible. • This is a strictly non-smoking property, including the balcony and entrance area. • Quiet hours are between 22:00–07:00 in consideration of the building and neighbors. • Please treat the apartment with care. Guests are responsible for any damages. If the apartment requires additional cleaning beyond normal use — for example smoking inside the apartment — an extra cleaning fee starting from SEK 2,000 may apply. • Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask that shoes are removed indoors. • Wi-Fi is complimentary. While we strive for stable service, occasional technical interruptions may occur. • The apartment may not be used for any illegal activities.
