This listing combines our 3 existing units to accommodate a group of 6. Two of the units are connected together with a common door on the 1st floor of the building namely Modern & Aesthetic Service apartment “ & “Studio apt w/kitchen & balcony”. The third unit listed as “Cozy Minimal room & kitchen“ is on the ground floor of the same building (and the only one without an AC. However since it is on the ground floor, it usually remains cool even through summers.) The space Since 2024, SinhasLeisang has been one of Agartala’s most loved Airbnb stays. We offer three private units, each ideal for 2 guests, along with a combined option for up to 6 guests, perfect for families or groups. Our property is located in Nandannagar, near Don Bosco School Church, offering a peaceful and convenient stay. Our Units: SinhasLeisang | Studio APT w/ kitchen & balcony (1st Floor AC) – Features a bedroom with Window AC, refrigerator, and a kitchenette with 2-burner LPG stove, mixer grinder, electric kettle, and other essential kitchen items. Drinking water is provided via an Aquaguard Mist NXT UV+ Inline Purifier. SinhasLeisang | Modern Aesthetic Service Apartment (1st Floor AC) – Equipped with Split AC, a kitchenette with induction cooktop, electric kettle, and basic kitchen items. Drinking water is provided from the home’s Aquaguard filter and can also be refilled from the Studio APT unit. SinhasLeisang | Cozy Minimal Room & Kitchen (Ground Floor – Non AC) – The only non-AC unit, but naturally cool thanks to its ground-floor location. It includes a 2-burner LPG stove, mixer grinder, electric kettle, and other kitchen essentials. Drinking water is provided from the Aquaguard filter at home. Combined Option: SinhasLeisang | Signature Collection 3 Units Combo – Up to 6 guests – This listing includes all three units: Studio APT w/ kitchen & balcony (1st Floor), Modern Aesthetic Service Apartment (1st Floor), and Cozy Minimal Room & Kitchen (Ground Floor), offering a spacious and comfortable stay for 6 guests.. Whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer trip, SinhasLeisang provides a well-equipped, modern, and welcoming home away from home in Agartala. The SinhasLeisang homestay is about 7 km from Agartala Airport, making it an easy 20–30 minute drive. Guest access We kindly request guests to not move furniture. If anything is shifted, please return it to the original position. When all three units are booked, please keep kitchen utensils within their respective units and do not exchange them. Drinking water: Guests staying on the 1st floor who have booked both Modern Aesthetic Service Apartment & Studio APT w/ kitchen may use drinking water from the Aquaguard Mist NXT UV+ Inline Water Purifier in the Studio Apartment section if needed. For the Cozy Minimal Room & Kitchen (Ground floor), drinking water is filled from the Aquaguard at home. If you need more, please collect it from us, or inform us between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm so our helper can refill it. Just a note: Both AC units are on the first floor. We do not have a lift or porter service, but guests usually manage luggage on their own or with their driver’s help. Power backup and Wi-Fi are available for your convenience. During power cuts, we kindly request you to use the backup power thoughtfully so it lasts comfortably for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation. Parking for up to 4 two-wheelers is available inside the property, separate from my father’s car parked on the premises. Unfortunately, car parking inside the premise will not be possible. Other things to note Please note that this is a self-service space, and we do not have staff to assist with luggage. My parents, who are retired government employees, have helped shape this home into a simple, peaceful, and homely space. As this is also our home, we kindly request guests to treat it with care and respect. Before confirming your booking, we’d be grateful if you could review the House Rules under the “Additional Rules” section on our Airbnb page. Note: We usually aren’t able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so we kindly request you to plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
