On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge. The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duże (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).
