Characterized by the minimalist touch of the polished concrete floor, there is a living area and an eye-catching wine cellar with ancient maiolica floor. The kitchen is the heart of the house and features a fully equipped steel island that invites you to cook the fresh produce from the stalls. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is characterized by its decorated vaulted ceiling, the unique "pece" stone floor sink and the king-size bed with sea view. The other bedroom features a queen size bed and has its separate bathroom.
