The 3-room apartment for up to 5 people has an open living room with a fully equipped high-quality kitchen and 2 bedrooms. In the living room you will find 2 cozy sofas as well as 1 armchair to relax after a great day of vacation and a nice dining area. In each of the two bedrooms there is a high-quality double bed for relaxing nights, as well as an additional sofa bed for 1 person in one of the bedrooms. A shower room completes the apartment. The space Gut Osterhausen was built in 1864 as a hall house with red bricks and looks back on a long history. In the listed manor house there are three individually designed and high-quality furnished apartments for two to five people on the upper floor, which was formerly the storage room for the harvest. On the terrace with seating for each apartment, you can spend beautiful hours outdoors and end the day of vacation. The estate also includes a beautiful park with old trees and a pasture where sheep graze in the summer. The idyllic property covers about 1.5 hectares and borders the Fedderwarder Sieltief in the east. In numerous cozy seats, visitors can enjoy the tranquility and nature in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea. We are happy if you not only want to live in this special place, but also experience it. Our high-quality and individually furnished apartments are located on the upper floor of the manor house, which used to be the storage room for the harvest and was converted into three apartments in an elaborate renovation. Gut Osterhausen is a registered individual monument and is currently being restored in sections in accordance with the monument. In some areas of the house on the ground floor, conservation work on historical murals can take place at times. Your booked apartment is not affected by this. On request, we offer a small tour of the historic building and insights into the restoration. Exclusive offer: guided tour & insight into the restoration We are happy to offer interested guests a personal tour of selected areas of the house. As part of this tour, you will receive: • Insights into the history of the estate • Background information on the monument status • Explanations of historical murals and drawings on the ground floor • Information on restoration techniques • Insight into ongoing or preparatory restoration measures (if currently accessible) on the ground floor. Many guests find this "behind-the-scenes look" a special highlight of their stay. Guest access The manor park as well as the terrace in front of the house and the lounge area on the upper floor are accessible to all guests. Other things to note The Heuboden vacation rental is classified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Bed linen is included, and a towel package can be ordered directly from us for €6 per person per stay. The vacation apartments are on the 1st upper floor. If you need help with your luggage, please feel free to contact us. The tourist tax of the municipality of Butjadingen is due on site. This will be collected by us, and you will then receive your guest cards. Additional clause: Monument & restoration work The Gut Osterhausen property is a landmarked individual monument. Restoration and conservation work may take place during the stay in areas of the building that are not rented. This may result in temporarily visually noticeable work areas or minor disturbances in generally accessible areas. The booked unit remains usable in accordance with the contract. By booking, the guest acknowledges the heritage status as well as any ongoing, professionally executed restoration measures outside the booked residential unit. Claims for a reduction in price or damages only exist in the event of significant, unannounced impairments to the booked unit.
