In our cozy 2-room apartment (67 m²) on the 3rd floor, you can arrive completely relaxed in the spa town and wine region of Bad Neuenahr in the Ahr Valley – quietly located, but with everything within easy reach. The bedroom is your retreat after an active day. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, watch a movie or plan your next excursion. If there are three or four of you, the sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places. A real highlight is the large, covered loggia: thanks to the south-east orientation, you get sun here especially in the morning and morning – perfect for breakfast, coffee or just a small break with mountain views. Later in the day, it remains pleasantly cool and cozy for reading, eating or having a glass of wine. So that you can start right away, a practical welcome starter set is waiting for you – without having to buy everything individually: • Coffee & tea for the first moment of enjoyment: a selection of teas as well as everything you need to prepare a delicious coffee in the Moccamaster KBG Select. • Kitchen basics: In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you will find vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in the accommodation as well as dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, baking paper and coffee filters. • Bath & care (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & soap; toilet paper, detergent) In addition, you will receive hotel-quality bed linen and towels (2 per guest), a kitchen towel, cloth and sponge. And very practical: barrier-free access from the underground car park to the apartment (elevator), you can connect bicycles right outside the front door, and a washing machine in the apartment is also there. For the warm summer days, we will provide you with a mobile standing fan. Guest access Walk through the entrance, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. By car via the underground garage and the lift. The whole apartment is on one floor and is exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note Note on the guest card / tourist tax: As a spa town, Bad Neuenahr charges a guest fee. This is currently €2.50 per adult per night; children aged 6 and over pay €1 per night. The amount will be charged separately and paid in full to the city. In return, you will receive a guest card with various benefits and discounts. Bicycle racks are right in front of the entrance. Shelters for bicycles are also available Street parking is only possible to a very limited extent (mainly residents' parking), so please use our parking space in the underground garage.
