The Annexe is situated in a peaceful location near to the village of Ashill on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, fantastic for walking with lovely local pubs nearby. It is a ideally located between the North and South coasts with accessible beaches, as well as access to Devon's two national parks, Dartmoor and Exmoor. The space Nick and Cat warmly welcome you to their peaceful rural retreat in Devon. This charming single-storey annexe is a beautifully converted open-plan barn, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. The spacious living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space, alongside a cosy sofa, TV, and WiFi—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the countryside. The double bedroom opens directly from the main living space and provides access to a private garden area. Next to the bedroom, you’ll find a stylish bathroom complete with a shower and modern amenities. The Annexe is situated near the owners’ house within the grounds of a smallholding, where you’ll find open meadow, a polytunnel, pigs, and a large vegetable garden—adding to the authentic countryside experience. Outside, enjoy your own small garden with outdoor seating—ideal for soaking up the sunshine or relaxing among the roses in the garden. Guest access Go past the double gates and up to the main driveway marked Glen Cottage. Go down the drive and there is a parking space just before you reach The Annexe.
