Step up and through to the dining area and you’ll find space for four people to enjoy hearty breakfasts or delicious dinners together. Two further steps up take you into the pretty kitchen, which is kitted out with everything necessary for your culinary endeavours. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom. The bedrooms, both with ample storage, are on the first floor: a bright king-size with gorgeous views and a sweet twin room. Take advantage of the watery vistas from your enclosed front garden, equipped with a table and chairs for dining alfresco. Or, if you prefer, sit in the private back garden and pour a drink or serve up a meal in the fresh air. The old maritime village of Reedham has a spectacular river frontage and is home to one of the country’s last remaining railway swing bridges.
