Additional baby pack available to book in advance. 🌳Outdoors: -1 large balcony from the kitchen (south facing) with tables, chairs and barbecue; panoramic views of the garden, pool and stream - garden tables and chairs in the park - Large charcoal barbecue - 5 x 11 m pool, homogeneous depth 130 cm, (south facing, access by steps, electric shutter for safety, heated from June to September), deckchairs, buoys/mattresses/water games... - outdoor games (shuffleboard, ping-pong, badminton with net, petanque balls for adults and children, mölky...) -parasols ⚠️The park is enclosed and wooded (fruit trees, many flowers...), but be careful: the Autize (stream) passes along the property line, children must not be left unattended. 🧘‍♂️The house, an old water mill (the mechanism is unfortunately no longer present), is located in a hilly and green environment. You can enjoy the joys of the countryside, the calm and the white water of the stream while admiring the fauna and flora (little owls in the bell towers at night, hedgehogs, herons, deer, cows in the neighboring meadows...). N.B.: The hamlet is quiet, but not isolated. It is imperative to respect the tranquility of the place/neighborhood. 📍The property is 30 minutes from Niort, Parthenay and the Marais Poitevin, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, and the ocean (La Rochelle). Many hikes are possible, on foot or by bike, nearby (maps/itineraries and other tourist information available in the rental) 🌺 Linen service upon request. You are free to bring your own linen. For added comfort, we offer a bed linen and towel service, ready upon arrival (optional service and to be paid on site). However, these natural areas require special vigilance, especially for children.
