Located in the middle of the fields and villages of La Puisaye in Burgundy, Naumad is a multipurpose place in the making, combining guest house, glamping tents and activity areas. A former farmhouse reinvented by 3 enthusiasts, the 2-hectare property includes a glamping area with several double, triple or quadruple tents, bathrooms, gardens, terraces and a shared equipped kitchen. The south-facing terrace and pool will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The space Guests have access to: • 1 tent for 2 people, composed of 2 single beds (80x200 cm) and a bench (2 single beds placed side by side will form a double bed) • 2 acres of land • 1 terrace of 60 m2 with garden furniture (tables, chairs, sunbeds...) • 1 equipped kitchen with: sink, stove, oven, microwave, fridges, freezer, (filter) coffee machine, 1 toaster, 1 kettle • 1 heated swimming pool of 40m2 (towels not provided) from May to September • 1 BBQ grill (charcoal and drinks not provided) • 3 lawn gardens • 1 pond • 2 parking spaces • 1 ping pong table and other games available • Toilet and indoor-outdoor shower NOTE: We are pleased to inform you that a Labrador, a guide dog, accompanies our team and stands out for its kindness and calm. AND that activities are offered on site (yoga classes, evening events and other surprises: check our website to see the schedule) Guest access By car: 160 km and less than 2 hours from Paris. By train: 1 hour 10 minutes from Bercy train station + 25 minutes by taxi from Nogent-sur-Vernisson train station. Other nearby stations: Montargis, Joigny. For electric vehicles, a terminal is located near the Champignelles Town Hall. During your stay Like all beautiful projects, Naumad takes the time to build and flourish. However, we are committed to bringing the place to life throughout its evolution. And let's do everything to develop Naumad into a unique, friendly and welcoming place but let's not rule out a few omissions or imperfections. The bathrooms are basic but will soon be renovated. *All your constructive feedback will be welcome* Essentials are provided to start your stay (oil, spices, coffee, toilet paper...) Pets are allowed under conditions and after validation of your request for an additional charge. A breakfast prepared by our head pastry chef can be made available at an additional rate; please request it between 24 and 48 hours. It should be noted that various events can take place at the same time as your stay on the estate: a ball under the hall, a yoga class in the middle of the apple trees, a flea market in a corner of the court, a latina evening... Possible participation, to be seen directly with the on-site responder. So we encourage you to check out our activity schedule on our website. Other things to note In summer, things get busy at the estate! Throughout July and August, enjoy entertainment almost every evening: Latino evening on Saturday, karaoke on Friday, drinks and games on Tuesday...
