The space This is a bright, well-kept and smartly planned two-room apartment of 35 m² with room for up to 4 guests – a homey vacation home near the sea. The balcony overlooking the harbor, the sea and the fishing huts becomes a natural gathering place during the stay. It's part of the charm of living in the middle of Byxelkrok. During peak season (weeks 26–33), we rent out weekly with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the private balcony with sea views throughout the stay. The house is a suterränghus. The balcony is one floor up, while the entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and has only a small step in. Parking Private parking space is included. Parking ticket is available in the apartment and must be placed visibly in the car window during the stay. The parking lot is next to the house, slightly below the entrance with a short staircase down (see pictures). You can stop at the entrance for loading and unloading if necessary. 8 electric car chargers are available in the parking lot next door, and there is also a filling station for petrol and diesel in the harbor. Information about check-in and check-out is sent well in advance of arrival so that everything goes smoothly. Other things to note 🛏️ Bed linens and towels are included. 🚭 Non-smoking environment – even on the balcony. The home is for stays without pets. 🧹 As a guest, you don't need to do a full final cleaning. We always do a walkthrough of the apartment between guests. However, we ask our guests to leave the apartment in a neat and clean condition when they depart. More information and practical instructions before departure will be sent during the stay. The apartment is located in a condominium association where neighbors show consideration for each other, which contributes to a pleasant environment. The listing is best suited for families and quiet groups and is not suitable for youth groups or parties. At least one guest must be 25 years old at the time of booking. The apartment is our private vacation home that we rent out when we are not there ourselves.
