The "Domaine de Champ Rose" is a large cottage with a PRIVATE, COVERED, and HEATED SWIMMING POOL ALL YEAR ROUND. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. You can relax in the quiet countryside of the South Charente in our large, charming gîte. We'll give you a family-friendly welcome and guide you on things to do in the area. Large shaded park, pool table, and a library, as well as a pétanque court. We accept a maximum of 18 people. No pets. The space Located in Sud Charente, at the "Domaine de Champ Rose", you will be the only ones in the castle. You have the park, the terrace and the private swimming pool, which is covered and heated year-round (the bay windows open, allowing for very good ventilation in summer). The accommodation sleeps 18 people max. At "Domaine de Champ Rose", you will have access to the chateau (kitchen, library, games room with pool table, darts, indoor pool heated year-round, outdoor terrace, as well as the large park and its pétanque court. Here is the description of the rooms: 5 bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom 1: one single bed + one double bed Bedroom 2: two single beds Bedroom 3: one double bed Bedroom 4: one double bed Bedroom 5: one double bed + one single bed Bedroom on the ground floor: One single bed + 2*2 bunk beds. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and toilet, as well as linens and towels. A large kitchen and a large dining room. We will be at your disposal if needed during your stay as we live next to the castle. Our farm property surrounds the estate, so there are no other neighbors. It's a very quiet place. Swimming pool accessible 24 hours a day. I can be very flexible for check-ins and check-outs depending on the season. Flexible arrival and departure times depending on the season. Other things to note We allow 18 people on the estate (no more guests). No drinks or food in bedrooms. Pool accessible 24/7. Attention, I do not take a cleaning fee but I ask that the kitchen be made clean and the rooms on the ground floor tidy. The interior of the castle as well as the upstairs terrace are non-smoking.
