This beautifully restored dairy, where rustic elegance meets contemporary comfort. Full of character, with original beams and thoughtful design throughout. Set within stunning farmland, you’ll be surrounded by rolling countryside horses, sheep, and cattle, creating a tranquil atmosphere. A private lake, complete with a lakeside house featuring a music system, and fire pit. The Dairy offers a rare combination of heritage, comfort, and natural beauty — an unforgettable countryside retreat. The space You will access the property through the electric gates, down a long winding concrete drive, parking directly outside the Dairy. Walk into a spacious open plan Kitchen living room. Double doors to the patio. The Dairy’s old pine kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, electric cooker and hob, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker, with your host living opposite, on hand for any extras you may need. Table for 4/6, a piano if your talents prevail. 4 seater sofa, and 3 seater. Sonos speaker. Wifi and smart TV. Bedroom 2 is directly off the living space, with 2 single beds (that can easily be zipped together to make another King), wardrobe with hangers, and a small en-suite shower, and sink. Beds are made with clean crisp linen, as 2 singles, unless informed to change. A cot is in the room. The main bedroom is accessed through a small corridor with the properties trendy WC to the left. King size bed, wardrobe with hangers, dressing table, and en-suite with bath, shower over, and sink. Velux window with remote opening, and blind. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedding, towels, loo rolls, all provided. a small welcome pack to get you started, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee. A maximum of one dog is very welcome to join you during your stay, there is a dog area for sleeping, and the garden area for the Dairy is fenced. To help us maintain the property to a high standard for all guests, we ask that dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds at any time. As farm surroundings can become muddy, particularly in wet weather, please bring suitable footwear. Fishing can be arranged for an extra cost. Likewise if you wish to bring your horses, we can sort it, for a ride and stay break. Guest access You have the whole house, 2 parking spaces, and a patio / gravel garden, overlooking the paddocks. Other things to note The Dairy is on a working farm, so you might experience the odd tractor, animals or mowing.
