Soho loft in Cincinnati. Close to UC and hospitals

Just a block away from the University of Cincinnati. On the bus line to downtown. Shuttle service available to the hospitals. Vibrant neighborhood, yet a secluded, peaceful apartment. Great variety of restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store a block away. Neat, clean and secure. The entire apartment was just remodeled and has a contemporary feel. Large skylights bring in the morning light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The open loft feel to the apartment offers a fresh start to your day. With the skylights bringing in the morning light in the kitchen and bath it is easy to get the day started with a bounce in your step. In the bedroom i have a comfy Simmons Beautyrest queen size mattress. This is not your run of the mill ikea mattress it is soft and comfy allowing for a dreamy night's sleep. i also have a 42" smart tv in the bedroom allow you to watch tv or a movie as you fall to sleep. There is a second full sized bed in the living room for a third guest to sleep comfortably. Throughout the apartment there is a number of tasteful paintings that add a homey feel to the place. The main living area has a tv, couch, table and desk. This 65" inch tv is a beauty to watch your favorite show or movies immersing you after a long day. You would also be able to sign into your favorite streaming service like netflix and hulu via a roku box enjoying the show you know and love. Below the tv i also have a blu ray player and a number blu ray discs that you are welcome watch as you unwind the night. there is also high speed internet to keep you connected with the world. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and is fully equipped with everything you need to make some scrumptious meals. Guest access Entry to the apartment is through a bricked courtyard that is shared with one other apartment. A quiet morning can be started here with coffee outdoors at the patio table. You can enjoy dining outdoors here by using the grill that is available for your use. A quick and inexpensive dinner. The grocery store is just up the street where you can get all your supplies. The private entry to your apartment is off the courtyard. The foyer is set up with a desk and sitting area. A coat closet is here with an umbrella for your use. Up the interior stairs and you are in the large open area. The bright kitchen has white ceramic tiles. All stainless appliances. The fridge is stocked with supplies for breakfast. Typically yogurt, OJ, milk, soft drinks....cereals, fruit, and granola bars. The living room is set up with a large flat screen TV linked to the internet. Wifi is available through out the apartment. Laundry is located in a laundry closet inside the apartment. Other things to note You will have access to the entire place. Feel free to make your self at home. There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS allow in the apartment
