Boat rides can also be booked directly at our property for those wishing to explore the Pahang River We’re just a short walk away from A River Café Temerloh, where you can indulge in delicious meals and snacks until midnight! The space This cozy unit features: - 2 Queen Beds -2 Folding Mattresses - Ensuite Bathroom with water heater -SMART TV - Air-conditioned -Iron & hair dryer provided - Wi-Fi available - Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle)-sharing - Peaceful river views perfect for unwinding. -Accessible via stairs (LEVEL 1) Perfect for families or friends travelling together! Other things to note 1. Please carefully handle all items and amenities and return them promptly after use. 2. Cooking is not allowed. 3. Rearranging house furniture is strictly prohibited, and in-house furnitures must not be taken outdoors or damaged. 4. Kindly note: Outdoor shoes or slippers are not allowed inside the house. Only clean indoor slippers are permitted. Please bring your own clean indoor slippers if needed. This practice helps maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the floor and the unit. It is also part of the cultural norms in Malay and Muslim homes in Malaysia. 5. Personal belongings should be taken care of before check-out. 6. Please conserve electricity by switching off air conditioning and lights when not in use. 7. Maintain the unit’s cleanlines & tidiness. 8. Pets are not allowed. 9. Parties, decorations, and smoking are strictly prohibited. 10. No durian 😅 11. This unit is Muslim-friendly; therefore, no alcohol, pork, dogs, drugs or any prohibited goods are allowed. 12. Deposits For all reservations, we requires a security deposit of RM150 for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit may be by online transfer before check-in. 13. Check-In time start from 3pm and latest check-out time is 12pm. YOU’LL BE STAYING AT SOMEONE’S HOME, SO PLEASE TREAT IT WITH CARE AND RESPECT.
