The space The house has: - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine). - A spacious and bright living/dining room. In the heart of this space is a fireplace with an insert. TV. Canal+. Wi-Fi. Board games. Bluetooth speaker. - Two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200) that face the garden. - A dormitory-style children's room that sleeps 4. - A bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub, towel dryer. - Separate toilet. - In front of the house, an enclosed space allows you to park 2 to 3 vehicles or motorcycles. - At the back of the house is a spacious wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers and a large enclosed garden of 800 m2. All the rooms of the house overlook the garden and its ideal exposure (southwest). In summer, a small above-ground pool (3 m x 2 m and 75 cm deep) is available, and you are responsible for its use. This house offers all the comforts and its location allows many activities (Beaches of Le Touquet 12 km, Sainte Cécile 17 km, Stella or Merlimont, hiking, mountain biking, visit Montreuil 11 km or the Chartreuse de Neuville, Bagatelle Park, etc.). In the heart of the village and 100 meters from the house is a bread vending machine and above all a "farm" shop offering items from local production (a vending machine is open 24 hours a day). A play area with soccer field, basketball, petanque, slide, children's games etc... The house was renovated in 2025, some finishes are in progress.
