The space The house is arranged over four levels, offering a distinctive and spacious layout. On the ground level (Level 1), there are two comfortable bedrooms (two double beds plus one sofa bed) and a main bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and sink. This level provides a quiet sleeping area, separated from the main living spaces above. Stairs lead to Level 2, which contains the main living areas: a bright sitting/living room with comfortable seating, wide views of the surrounding forest and a separate dining area extending to the fully equipped kitchen. This floor is ideal for relaxing, cooking, and shared meals. From here, stairs continue to Level 3, where there is a landing with a small seated reading area and books. Off the landing is the third bedroom, which has its own ensuite bathroom. Both the landing and the third bedroom provide access to an external stairwell that leads up to Level 4, the private roof terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and offers open views of the sea, forest and mountains, making it a great spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or evening drinks. The home is well suited to couples, families, or small groups who enjoy a characterful, multi-level space with indoor and outdoor areas. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the private roof terrace. Access is via a self-check-in system, with full instructions provided before arrival. The home is arranged over multiple levels connected by internal stairs, and the roof terrace is reached via an external stairwell from the top floor. Please note that the layout may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Outdoor seating on the roof terrace is for guest use, and all furnishings and amenities within the property are available throughout your stay. On-site parking is available in front of the property.
