010043-LT-0039 stairway to heaven The space It is a 2 rooms appartment with terrace. On the top of a small building. 100 steps of stairs before you have entered the house. No elevator. There is a sleepingroom and a livingroom. Together 65m2. Terrace 70m2. Renovation house: august 2015. Fireplace inside and outside. Windows faced north, east, south and west. Fantastic open kitchen. The best place to sleep is outside on the terrace, a sensational experience. There is NO air-conditioning because we prefer to open all the windows and use ventilators to create a airflow. Our village center is up on the mountain: 2 (not the most fancy) bar, 2 restaurants, a very good butcher and a little alimentary shop. the beauty of Pieve are the stunning sea views and the little paths (donkey paths) that leads you to other villages or Santa Croce. We live (half) high on the mountain... this means you need to be sporty, or in good shape to enjoy the beauty and go around by foot. we move around by car most of the time, but in July or August you need also patience when traveling by car. it takes more time to find parking spots by the beaches and restaurants. We live in this area and we can give you all the information you need. please feel free to ask for anything. Guest access Feel free to use the smart TV, WiFi access, radio/ music player and the piano. There are enough blankets, towells ect. We have 3 fireplaces in and around the house, the outside oven is perfect for pizza, but also for other dishes like chicken, patatoes or bread.
