We are The Old Winterport Commercial House. Our historic building, once a Stagecoach Stop for travelers, now offers a unique 5 bedroom Bed and Breakfast. Aren't you on a special getaway? Then why stay someplace where you have to make your own bed, make yourself breakfast, and then pay a cleaning fee? We clean our rooms on a daily basis (no extra fee) as well as serve a nutritious breakfast each morning. We can also give you all kinds of ideas on what to do in our local area. The space All of the 5 rooms at The Old Winterport Commercial House are on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and are tastefully decorated with antiques from our 4,000 sq. ft. antique shop located on the 1st floor. Featured here is our Blueberry Room which has 1 queen size bed and private full bathroom (ensuite). Guest access In addition to your room, you have access to our small library as well as the breakfast room 24/7. Our t.v. Is also located in the breakfast room. Whether you want your privacy by staying in your room or visiting with the rest of the guests, that is your option. Your innkeepers, Ray and Ann, live on the 3rd floor and can be accessible to you, or give you the privacy you want. Our breakfast room refrigerator is stocked with complimentary bottled water, juices, and sodas. We also have a Keurig coffee maker available to our guests throughout the day and evening. After breakfast, bring your coffee or tea with you and look around our 4,000 sq. ft. antique shop. We have many unique and eclectic items from furniture to glassware to stained glass. Afterwards browse through our local tea shop and winery. During your stay Your hosts, Ray and Ann Ronco, live on the 3rd floor which gives our guests privacy. Should you need us, simply ring our doorbell or call Ann's cell phone. Other things to note The Old Winterport Commercial House is fully licensed by the State of Maine and has been for 16 years. We offer discounts for Elk Members, cash payments, and 3 night consecutive stays. The Old Winterport Commercial House is a quiet, cozy, and convenient B&B for day tripping all over our area. Only 16 miles from Bangor International Airport, 10 miles from downtown Bangor, Maine, and approximately 45 minutes to Acadia National Park. Attending a concert at Darlings Waterfront?
