We are under 1.5 hours travel time to 16 counties in top half of Ireland. If Golfing is your passion, Memory Lane is the perfect location, right in the centre of World renown Exclusive courses; Faldo course at Lough Erne Golf Resort Enniskillen, Slieve Russell Resort, Rosapenna Resort Donegal, Galgorm and Royal Portrush. Excellent local courses include; Omagh course 10 minutes, Newtownstewart 15 minutes, Fintona 15 minutes and many more. Northern Ireland provides year-round climate for Golfing. For family breaks and stay local, there is also loads to do including; the state-of-the-art new Leisure Centre, Kids play parks, Gortin Glen forest park, Ulster American Folk Park, new River walk, the adventurous at Todds Leap, Strule Arts Centre, Dirt bike tours and many more. We have an in house Chef should you wish to relax and eat in. Confirmation of availability to be confirmed on request. For groups of less than 10 a minimum fee applies based on 10. We can arrange taxis and mini buses for airport collection and tours if required. Prices are based on 2 people sharing kingsize and double beds. Additional beds made up costs £50.00 each. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay, we host only one group at a time for complete privacy. Guests are personally welcomed on arrival to ensure a smooth check-in and a warm start to your stay. Other things to note Hot Tub & Outdoor Area Rules: For everyone’s safety and comfort, please follow these guidelines: • Guests should consult their doctor before using the hot tub if they have any health concerns. • Please do not climb, sit, or stand on the hot tub cover. • No jumping or diving in the hot tub. • Keep the cover closed when the hot tub is not in use. • Turn off the jets and water fountain after use. • Do not add soaps, oils, or any products to the hot tub. • Long hair should be tied up before entering the hot tub. • The outdoor area must not be used after 11:00 pm. • No loud music or shouting, please respect our neighbours.
