The space You’ll find an exceptionally spacious, two-part apartment that can be booked separately or as a single unit—perfect for large families, groups of friends, or business teams. In total, you’ll have approximately 250 m² of space across two floors (3rd and 4th floors). You can easily reach the 3rd floor by elevator; the 4th floor is accessible only via an internal staircase—therefore, the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Living & Layout The 3rd floor houses the central kitchen and dining area: plenty of space to cook, eat, and spend time together. This floor also features the 5 bedrooms and the smaller unit, which includes a 2-bedroom apartment, a separate kitchen, a living/dining area, a toilet, and a separate shower. The entire unit offers 7 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with king-size beds (180×200 cm), 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200 cm each). 5 of these bedrooms have their own balcony access. The 7 bedrooms are arranged so that everyone has enough privacy—yet everyone can still live together. The sleeping arrangements are designed for large groups: up to 14 guests, plus 4 additional people on 2 sofa beds (140x200 and 120x200) in 2 of the bedrooms, as well as 2 small children. The absolute highlight is on the 4th floor: an impressive living and lounge area with a 360° glass front. Here you’ll experience a real “wow moment” upon arrival—plenty of light, spaciousness, and a panoramic feeling that’s hard to find. There’s also an XL couch, a 75-inch TV, and entertainment for the group: a pool/billiards table, foosball, games, and books—perfect for evenings together. Bathrooms & Comfort The accommodation also stands out for its well-thought-out layout: the bathrooms are conveniently located so they’re easily accessible from the bedrooms. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, all new, compact with a toilet and shower, each featuring an LED mirror and a hair dryer. There is also a separate shower and a separate toilet, also new, compact, and equipped with an LED mirror and a hair dryer. In terms of comfort, everything is designed for a relaxing stay: Despite its proximity to the Südtangente, it is pleasantly quiet; all rooms can be darkened, and 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Fast Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and 2 dedicated workspaces (in 2 of the bedrooms) further ensure that both vacation groups and business teams feel completely at home. Outdoor Area & Wellness The outdoor area is just as special: From the living area, you have direct access to the large rooftop terrace, which is private and not visible from the outside. There, the highlights of your getaway await: a sauna (for up to 8 people) and a hot tub—available year-round. There’s also an electric grill and a cozy lounge and seating area, ideal for long evenings or relaxed mornings. Kitchen & Coffee The kitchen amenities also underscore the high level of comfort: in addition to plenty of space for cooking together, practical conveniences such as a dishwasher are at your disposal. For the perfect start to the day, there is both a Nespresso machine and the option to brew filter coffee. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire penthouse. You can use all rooms, including the seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and wellness terrace with whirlpool and sauna. The roof terrace, sauna, whirlpool, and electric grill are available for your private use all year round. Four free parking spaces are included (no height restrictions). Other things to note - Linens & Towels: We provide high-quality linens and towels for every guest. - Welcome Package: Upon arrival, you’ll find a selection of Nespresso capsules, filter coffee, and tea waiting for you. - Registration Form: Please note that a legally required registration form must be completed online prior to check-in. - Accessibility: The property is not wheelchair accessible due to the internal staircase leading to the living area and the rooftop terrace. - Additional services (for a fee): Late check-out or mid-stay cleaning can be booked depending on availability. Please contact us if needed. - For your safety: There is a security camera at the entrance area of the property, outside the apartments. In addition, noise monitors are installed in the hallway and outdoor area. These do not record conversations or personal data; they only alert us in case of unusually high noise levels. Normal conversation, music, and a regular stay – even with a larger group – are of course absolutely fine.
