The space If you're looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this apartment on the second floor is your ideal retreat. Located in an extremely quiet and quiet area, it is the perfect choice for families and couples who love peace and for cycling enthusiasts looking for an equipped base. ​Welcoming and Smart Interiors ​The apartment features warm wooden ceilings and a curated design: ​🛋️Open Space: A large living area with a large table for family dinners. We have a secure garage for your vehicles, you can explore the trails in the area knowing that your equipment is safe! In addition, the house is flanked by the Ciclovia della Carnia "Strada dell 'Ex Ferrovia" (official name FVG 8/a). Guest access 🅿️If you have a compact car and are comfortable in tight spaces, you can park in our garden (access through the gate on the street). PLEASE NOTE: the entrance is narrow, so if you have a very large vehicle or are unsure, it is best to park outside. There are two free parking areas near the house. Inside the garage for motorcycles and bicycles, there is also an electric charging station for cars, but you will need to enter the garden to access it.
